Refund Policy

30 Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Return/Exchange Request Process: 

  • To start a Return Request, please send us an email to customerservice@ticktockwatchbands.com  including full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. Please ensure you include the required information in your Return/Exchange Request as outlined below.
    • Return Requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. If 30 days has gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or refund.
      • Items sent back to us without first providing an emailed Return Request will not be accepted.
    • Once your returned item[s] are received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received your returned item[s]. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card [original method of payment] within a few days, depending on your bank.
    • Refunds will not be granted/rejected if the customer ordered the incorrect size, color, quantity etc. We will ship the exact item[s] that you select at the time of purchase.
      • We do our best to provide detailed information on our products. Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
      • Also, please note that photos may appear slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photo shooting or the monitor display.

    • If a problem occurred with your purchase as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item or refund your money. Please accept our apologies! We will make it right!

    Our Responsibility:

    • Faulty product: Items received by the customer that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge
    • Incorrect item sent: Did we send you the wrong product, color or size? We will make it right!

    Return/Exchange Request Instructions
    • Send an email to customerservice@ticktockwatchbands.com with the subject line "Order # [insert your order # here] Return Request"
    • Please include the following information in the email to expedite your Return Request:
    1. Photo[s] of the item[s] you would like to return, showing the issue/problem. If the problem is size place a ruler in the photo
    2. Specific description of the product you would like to return
    3. Brief description of the issue

    Our Support Team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

    Delivery Guarantee: All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address listed at the time the original order was placed.

    We do not offer prepaid return labels. Kindly review the our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Please know that customers are responsible for shipping back the item for refund.

    Late or missing refunds: It may take some time, depending on your bank, before the refund is officially posted. There is often processing time before a refund is posted to your account. Please take the following steps before you reach out to Tick Tock Watchbands:

    1. If you have not received your refund, double check your bank account, and your credit card account. 
    2. Next contact your bank.
    3. If you have completed the previous steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@ticktockwatchbands.com and we will help

    Order Cancellation/Change Request: 

    • We accept 8 hours notice to cancel an order or update an order with changes such as quantity, color, size or shipping address information. Please send your Order Cancellation/Change Request to customerservice@ticktockwatchbands.com
    • Please note that any Order Cancellation or Change Request received after 8 hours since the order was placed will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders can not be made once processed. We will, however,  do our best to accommodate your request.
